Anyone else had any problems with payments from @signingagents?

I have done two signings for them. The first invoice is at 83 days, the second is at 63.

I’ve done my due diligence with follow up invoices and emails. I am no longer accepting assignments from them.

Anyone else have problems with payment from @signingagents?

Oh, joy… I’m doing one for them today in less than an hour. Well, at least I know to get on their backs. Somehow I vetted them as being OK… *but now they’re not…NOT GOOD NEWS.

They are slow but I have always been paid after a few reminders.

It’s interesting that you’re having problems with them. I just received a payment on a closing I completed June 5th. I sent several invoices, and emails to them and got no response. I ended up writing to the title company letting them know this signing service was not paying their notaries. I immediately received an email from the CEO indicating he was behind in reading his emails and would get my payment out this morning, which he did. I just came from the bank after receiving the echeck.
I know we are not supposed to contact the title company and I was not looking to them for compensation, only to let them know that they should think twice before sending their work to this SS. It worked for me.

Stay way from them. Not worth the hassle.

Was paid via eCheck at 38 days. Not great, but acceptable. Didn’t have to call.
