@signingagents seems to be the name of the signing service. I did a job for them in early August and still haven’t gotten paid. Owner is Kevin Hoogeveen. I sent an email asking when I could expect payment and the answer I got was that their father (Kevin? They don’t say.) is ill and that they’re only responding to questions about current signings. I’m wondering how others are handling this.
@Notary_veg Sorry to read about your NON-PAYMENT experience with this business entity. The immediately available information is found within the Notary Cafe database on this owner via the Search Function.
Did you by chance see these two insightful threads about NON-PAYMENT?
This information is a GOLDMINE!
Most members express that they find it difficult/NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of information available within the database.
To be helpful, I’ve inserted an image for you & others [see below] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.

ALWAYS CHECK PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE SIGNING ORDER: Accessing the database to locate information about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . .
Yes thanks, I’ve been a member for four years and know how to use the search box. I know about their reputation.
@Notary_veg Great! Hopefully there is some helpful collection information within those threads to support your efforts.
Regarding collection of the overdue payment, many Professional Signing Agent [PSAs] reach out directly to the title company when this situation arises.
Speak with them about the non-payment by this well-known non-paying Signing Service [SS]. This is your best expended effort. They may/or may not pay you - especially since your contract was with the SS, BUT they should be made cognizant of the non-payment status regardless.
In addition, consider asking the title company if they plan to still use this SS that WON’T pay PSAs . . .
Also, here is an additional helpful thread that contains a Step-By-Step Collection Guide:
Thank you. Yes, I will contact the title company. I’m so tired of getting into this with loan signing work. Just disgusted with the whole thing. Thanks for the information. I did send a demand letter to another company once before and it did work right away. Why is it that you have to threaten them to get paid though? I haven’t found a single signing service that treats me with any respect.
@Notary_veg Just another one of the myriad pitfalls within this business sector that are brushed under the proverbial rug in those “You can make 6 figures” YouTube/TickTok used-car salesman pitches . . .
