Jenn, yes, I have. Look at the maximum file size allowed and see if that is the issue.

Ok thanks, after going back and forth with the tech
team they finally just asked me to email the scans to them

Sorry for late reply. Max file size is 25mb per upload. If it is even slightly over, it will not upload to their platform. 2 possible solutions: Scan at 300dpi and save with high compression to reduce file size, or scan/upload 2 separate files as 1 of 2; 2 of 2.
Glad they offered you 3rd option of just emailing the files.

If there is a file size limit, you may be scanning in color instead of monochrome and at too-high a dpi. Changing those settings will create a smaller scan. If you want to know how large your scan is, save it to a file and right click it. There will be a menu with ‘Properties’ click on that and you will get the file size. My full refi scans come in at under 1 MB. As a side note, sometimes the Exos app automatically has that warning come up. I close the window and move on. Haven’t had any upload issues.

Were you able to upload scans via the EXOs app? Or Mobile website? I was under the impression that only their Desktop website accepted scans.
I never seen the option to upload scans via the App nor Mobile website.

Scans may be too large. Try scanning fewer pages.

Do you upload your scans via the EXOS mobile app? EXOS mobile website? or EXOS desktop website?
I only use my desktop for scans (color, if signing is in blue ink).
Last I heard, scans can only be uploaded to EXOS using desktop. Not available on mobile app. Has that changed? Are we able to upload on mobile app now?

No, ServiceLink wants scans done via desktop.
