Texas Notaries: Cash Out

I would like to ask the Texas Notaries, I need a title company to do a Texas cash out closing. Does anyone know of any title companies in Angleton, TX that allow these closings?

You can close a residential Refi or Heloc needs to signed in the offices of a Law Firm, Lender’s office, or Title Office., Title Offices and lenders aren’t friendly towards courtesy services for closing trans actions that don’t belong to them. You can find a law office that might be more amenable for a fee. The typical cost to use a law office’s conference room was running between $50-70.

Call around to several law offices, the smaller the easier they are to work with, and build a relationship with them. This is how I snagged several Law Firms in the San Antonio area to handle their remote notary needs.

Thanks Mark. Yes, it is quite a task. I have completed some cash outs at Title / Lender office. It would make sense if all Title companies/Lenders arranged the closing location :slight_smile:
