This got to be a joke

Hi Carmen - I can’t as I’m not FNF approved - but there are posts both here and on NotRot by those who ARE approved - apparently they were notified by Fidelity not to state it in their advertising.

@LindaH-FL super easy to get Fidelity approved. I am fairly sure there’s no fee involved.

And just because someone offers $65 for a job doesn’t mean they won’t pay more.

Doing a job this afternoon for $125 that was offered at $70. Doing one tomorrow for $100 that was offered at $55. So stick to your guns on counter offers. If people didn’t take jobs for $65 they wouldn’t get offered at $65.

From FIDELITY application under the caption “FNTG NOTARY PUBLIC’S PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS AGREEMENT”:

Hi Yolanda, where are you copying #20 from? There are only 16 sections listed in the pdf I posted (chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://pct.com/industry-documents/pdf/NewNotaryApprovalPacket4-29.pdf) Thanks!

Yes, counter offers work for me. I feel I have to negotiate to or even three times noting the travel time and I did one on Saturday. I even noted it being a Saturday closing and they increase the fee for that so stick to your commitment of being paid for what you’re worth

ok I was told by Servicelink that because my area was saturated with notaries the cost decreased .

Service link ? Rather then being another cow in their herd I fired them 15 years ago
