Has anyone had closings with Tier 1 Title in the past 6 months? I performed a closing in November. It’s been almost 60 days with no payment. This is how I pay for my monthly bills. This is not a hobby for me. I have paper, toner, gasoline plus the normal house expenses. I completed the assignment & dropped off with courier service immediately. I didn’t delay in my service so expect the company won’t delay in their payment.
e-mail them a polite reminder. Title Co. shouldn’t take that long to pay.

The owner is a lawyer. Their website has a complaint form. A local phone and a toll free are listed. Give them a call.

A lawyer? Threaten to report him/her to local Bar Assoc. Google is your friend and there is a member list to check.

I am happy to report that I spoke to Howard last week and received the check in full amount today. Nice when it all comes together. Thumbs up to Howard.
