Top signing services for new notaries

Hello

I recently became a loan signing agent!

I am on all the basic signing service platforms.

Are there any specific signing services I should sign up for?
I am located in Coral Springs, FL.

I am on signing order, snap docs, timios, secured signings, etc
If you googled it, I am probably in their database.

Well Collin,
Youā€™re in the right state for a lot of work. How many times when Iā€™m trying to scrounge up work have I been told, ā€œFlorida is booming with work.ā€ (Iā€™m in the Attorney State of Georgia~~ different world, Sigh. But once you get the hang of it, and become a preferred notary, itā€™s just what I had hoped for).

Just hang in there, it takes a minute. Folks arenā€™t calling you a whole lot yet, because they donā€™t know you; and theyā€™re working the notaries they already know.
But it will come. It took me about 18-months to make real money~~ again, in an Attorney State.
Two-and-a-half years in nowā€¦ and Iā€™m letting low-ball offers go to newbies.
Meantime, Iā€™m marketing myself to the others who wouldnā€™t talk to me when I was a newbie. (Yes, keep those files, and go back a year later).
There are plenty of GREAT places that do pay well. They only hold $50, and give the notary the rest. But those are DIRECTā€¦ and they take time.
