Was signing acouple of Ohio property loans today and noticed on page 8, the loan application for borrower, selecting the unmarried status. Looks like it might be easy to miss.

@ewing_joe -I’ve definitely seen the “Unmarried Addendum” in loan packages too, usually as an affidavit. You make a good point, but I don’t know if it’s that easy to miss—we should be checking every doc for signature lines and initials anyway, right?
