Unpaid printing

FYI…I had a job with Creative Signings. Paperwork printed (on legal paper) when it was canceled. I have a flat fee for this scenario, just $20.00 and they are not paying. Shows lack of integrity and respect.

Was it printed less than 24 hours from the appointment? Some services include in their terms they won’t pay printing if printed more than 24 hours from an appointment.

One title company I deal with sends paperwork in legal because it’s scanned. I always ask for extra fees because legal has gotten so much higher than letter - but I ask before I print it.

send them an invoice. If they don’t pay it, turn them over to a collection agency.

Follow up, I do get paid on my orders for Creative Signings for the print fee- but they are not on the normal interval. I belive it was at the 2 month mark, which was ouch. But those are through SD for mine.

First check their terms and conditions. You can’t turn someone over to collections if they followed their own terms and conditions. The 24 hour period is important on print fees.

@cryman.notary I understand that you’re not querying for guidance (as you’re highly skilled already).

You’re simply sharing & caring. :hibiscus:

Believe it or not…even after they refused to pay the printing, I received the payment today. Whether or not they contact me again…oh well! Less hassle and stress.
