Has anyone experienced difficulty uploading credential docs to your profile on NotaryGo? I made several unsuccessful attempts over the past week & tried to contact them, but to no avail.

Hi and yes. I tried uploading several times without success. I finally sent a communication explaining what had happened, but no response yet.
I placed a call to them, a representative told me they are experiencing the same error and have no timeframe on when it will be fixed.
Yes. I called them and was told the issues was being worked on. That’s been about two weeks now.
It’s been like this since the end of July. Idk what’s going on with them but I feel like its an excuse not to accept anymore new notaries. They could just say that instead of not allowing anyone to finish registration. I gave up on them, heard they are low ballers anyways.
