The last few jobs I have taken requiring scanbacks on the Notary Dash portal have failed and I have had to email them to the signing service. I have even rescanned breaking up the package into smaller sizes, to no avail. Is it me or is it them? Any help appreciated, because it is frustrating me to no end, and also taking up time I could be doing more productive things with. Thank youl
I struggle with them as well. I do break them up and stil compress them and that seems to help. But like you there are times I end up emailing them .
