I took a signing with this SS in late August. I have worked with them very successfully for the past 5 years and had no problems being paid in a timely manner. However now, I’m getting no responses to any of the emails I have sent regarding payment, and their phones go straight to voicemail. No one is returning the calls to the several messages I have left. I’m now at the point where contacting the Title company has become necessary.
Is anyone else seeing a problem with them?
Yes! I am having the same problem. Signing on Aug 25. I usually am paid within 30 days. Same thing of no response. I’ve even text a few of the ladies they would call me for signings. Nothing! Very concerning. I loved working for them too
They are limited in my area but remain a service that calls direct. It’s been awhile but last time - earlier this year was paid in 20 days.
Ive just sent yet another email. I went straight to Title and have reported them for theft of services. I my state Ill probably end up taking them to small claims court. Its really a shame as I always liked them. To leave is notaries high and dry with no explanation is so disappointing. I thought better of them. Guess not.
