It has now been almost 45 days since the closing. No Payment received. I sent a past due statement and made a call. NO response. BEWARE of not only lowballing notaries but also slow-to-no pay.
I have worked for them in the past, but they were rude at times and paid on time. Something must have changed there now. Email the titled company, and you will get paid.
I did three signings for them in March and one in April all paid in 30 days. Very good to work with.
