When the docs are sent to the borrower

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if there are some tips/suggestions that would help for the situations when the loan documents are sent to the borrower rather than you? You don’t get to seem them until you get to the signing so how do you navigate that when you get to the borrower’s place to start the signing? (or do the signing companies let you download them from somewhere too beforehand?)
Thanks!
best
Danny

My only suggestion is to bring blank certificates in case any of the ones in the package are not correct for your state, there isn’t room to apply your seal, etc.

Some of my best companies send doc’s direct. My best advice is move through docs at a pace u are comfortable. If it takes over an hour then thats what it takes to assure you do not miss a signature. Over time after u get a bunch of signings under your belt u will have no problem recognizing the forms. This gets easier with experience, experience, and experience. All of us miss signitures occasionally. This can be repaired. Good luck, very good companies send direct. They pay and packages are typically perfect.
