Has anyone signed up with Notary Locate ?
@RemoteNotarizing Excellent Question.
By any chance did you take a look at the GOLDMINE found within the Notary Cafe Database?
It can be searched for a plethora of immediately available answers to often-asked (and some fairly unique) queries by accessing the ever-elusive, nearly invisible Magnifying Glass (see image below).
I performed a brief Search utilizing the Notary Cafe Database & keywords of ‘Notary Locate’ with the following germane results for your query:

I also have received an offer. I am curious to know if anyone has signed with them.
Notary Locate (notarylocate.com) and Rebecca Barnes are complete scammers who scrape email addresses from Notary Café to spam members repeatedly. They will inundate you with spam and ignore unsubscribe requests.
Any valid directory should have a domain authority of at least 30 to ensure it receives some traffic. This is the bare minimum to consider listing with them, as a low domain authority can negatively impact your website’s ranking on Google.
Notary Locate has a domain authority of only 2, so the belief that “it can’t hurt” does not apply here. If you take your business seriously, do not associate with this company in any way, as it could harm your online presence.
