I would have charged $250.00. I don’t do many, if any signing companies anymore. Good place to start
your business for lots of different experiences.

I don’t care if the signing is right next door to me - $30 for an FHA refi is ridiculous. And any notary accepting that should be ashamed of themselves.

Ridiculousness!! We Can Never Accept these Low Ball insulting offers…Always Barter with them and Mention - the Product, Amt of pages & Distance if they ever Ask…But I always add a comment when they Low Ball and I counter at a Higher fee!! and Yes it Works for over 3 yrs now!

@dwdog1 You are right. I stick to my prices and never get desperate no matter how much I want that money. As @Arichter give some good advice and I have been using it. If there choose not to go with me I am fine I will NOT let anyone discount my services.
