I have a signing tomorrow and the instructions say “1003-client needs to sign top of page 1 even if only 1 signer”.
I don’t see a signature line anywhere on page one. (there is only one single borrower)
Need advice, please.
Sounds like those are outdated boilerplate instructions for the old 1003…confirm with hiring party
