Anyone have any experience with 1Mobile Notary? If so, please share your experiences. They are asking me to create an account with them…

Received a request from one mobile notary. It was to notarize a document just a few pages back in early April but the client had a personal emergency and couldn’t complete the signing. I didn’t find this out until I was 5 minutes away from the clients house. They did have a travel fee which was only $25. They seem legit but the communication seems slow.

I’ve been getting a lot of emails from them as well. Pointing toward joining their database which is another pay to play. Its good to hear someone tried to work with them, but now I am still suspicious the signer happened to need to leave and couldn’t complete the signing.
They contacted me. Went on a Notarization. Paid me the next day. Also asked me to create an account and I am going to. Just be careful 1MobileNotary instead of oneMobileNotary. Believe 2 different companies

They found me. They paid me the next day. I signed up with a free account . It seemed that the person who contacted me, already signed me up when I went on their platform. I will be contacting them as I have a few questions, but very satisfied.

First I received a call. Then they emailed me the docs, we confirmed the fee . Once the job was completed I confirmed via email, and sent them the Picture ID. The next day I received the check through Deluxe echecks

Yes the communication was slow, but I emailed back and fourth to get the complete understanding.

I just received a text from them today for estate planning docs. I’ve never heard of them and it said “asap.” No introduction whatsoever and no name given. Without seeing an owner’s name on the website or even an email address with their name, why would I take an assignment from them? I told them so and they responded with a thank you. What customer service! Even if they pay, which I see they do, why would anyone take a job from someone like that? It’s a real gamble. At least if you have a name and/or address, you have something to go on. I’m not taking assignments from a nameless company.
I will admit when she called about this she only said $60 with no page number and provided the city of signing. I let her know the location is further than I would normally travel and I could not accept anything less than $100. She said she could pay that.
