Accurate Group LLC

Hello!

Anyone have any positive or negative feedback on Accurate Group LLC? They are offering HELOC for 120$. I countered with 200$ based on information I saw in a forum. Opportunity given by SD

@complete.tx.notary Great query! There is immediately available information found within the Notary Cafe database on this business entity.

Mixed reviews on notary rotary.

I’d take HELOC at 120 in county all day - they pay twice a month.

But I see you’re in Texas and have to sign in an attorney’s office which is probably why it was suggested you get $200. I can go to a signer’s house in this state.

standard offer for HELOC in my area is 50 on BMO Helocs. Sad news is that they get gobbled up at that price before you can counteroffer (SE Wisconsin)

I counter all the time in WA. I don’t leave the house for $50.

All “opportunities” I ever see from Accurate Group are low-ball offers (i.e. $40 for refi with scans). Nope. Not happening for me.

I counteroffer and get fees I can accept. Same with all of the services.

Accurate Group treats me quite well. I can usually get my fee from them. They have been seeming to start quite a bit lower as of late. They do pay quick and have never missed paying me.

And I would do them all day. They take me 15 minutes!

I love them. I never had an issue working for them. Always polite and courteous.

I’ve worked with them a few times. No issues and paid on time. I’m curious to know if they accepted your $200 counter offer. I ask because here in New York I generally find HELOCS to be a signing that offers less than a refinance, which hovers around $100-$125 per signing in my area.

I sure wish I could get $200 on a HELOC here in Baltimore…

I have worked with them in the past …they are professionals who pay on time

Accurate Group in my area has three products, a bank signing, Helocs, and site inspections. The bank signings are offered through Snapdocs and are usually for a single document and pay $45. I used to ignore these before I knew what they were, but find they are highly desirable with local notaries and disappear in a flash. The Helocs are hybrids but have multiple notarizations and a scan and pay $50 through SnapDocs. They are far too much work for the fee. The site visitations are through a new company and pay $20. They are non-contact and the app has everything you need to submit the report from the site of the inspection. I counter the $20 fee and get the assignment about half the time. Of the three products I prefer the bank signings.

Never done a contract for them under $100.

Was the assignment through Snapdocs?

Yes, all the time. And they pay like clockwork.

I here that, same here in Las Cruces, NM.
