I find Notary Gadget to be quite useful. Handles everything I need, but maybe I don’t know everything I need

If you are only do notary work that would be the right way to go, I am an accountant with much more duties to fulfill. I use accounting software as I also have accounting clients, much easier for me and my business. You have to do what is best for your industry, but the main goal is to be able to track your income and expenses to where they are audit proof of the IRS and State, that is what matters.
