The ANA sends its monthly newsletter. I don’t think it’s a good idea for them to provide legal advice they give to all their members who are from different states. Each state has its own laws so they’re spreading false info.
This one below is a good example because it’s more complex than the way they present that can confuse notaries. If a person is commissioned they should already know the law anyway. Don’t need this kind of follow up.
