Done closing for American signing connection on Feb 21,2017, March 13, 2017, April 5th and April 7th 2017. A total of $400.00 Not able to get any one to respond to phone calls… No one answer phones or respond. If you send email you get a automated response saying they are moving for over a month now. Be careful. Very disappointed with them. I will be calling title companies that initiated the work and the BBS if i don’t get response from them soon. I will update if i hear anything from them. Most likely i wont get a response from them. These invoices are over 4 to 6 months overdue. Beware Folks
They still have not paid. I have now called the BBB and i have contacted the title company that the work was done for. The title company indicated that American Signing Connection is normally paid immediately after disbursement of loan which is the day after closing. They also told me that they will not give them any future business until they pay me. I told the title company i will call them to let them know if i ever get paid. I suggest you do the same with the closings you have done. This is not right what they are doing to us notaries.

No Payment. No Contact from them. I am not expecting that they will send the money owed
I did a signing in them in May 2017. Spend weeks afterward trying to get in contact with someone there, or the title company, or the lender, and it was total radio silence. Finally received a check from them 8/14/17. It bounced. Currently filing a small claims action against them. I know I’m wasting my time, but it makes me feel better.
File the samll claims. If there is enough doing it they will go after her.

Guys i would suggest you call evry title company that you have done closings with through her and let them know that she has ripped you off. She needs to be out of this business. I will not stop unless she pays me. I feel cheated
