I am a new Notary in the Dallas TX area. If I sign up with various signing agents, do most of them call me or text me? If they call, how do you know they are signing agents and not spam trying to sell you auto warranties? Can you register their number in your phone?

As a notary in Dallas, TX I noticed that you either get a text first and if you reply available to it then sometimes they’ll call you to confirm that you are indeed available or they will automatically assign you by sending a follow up text that you’ve been assigned and it will show up in your portal if using snapdocs.
