Every so often, I get emails from companies like USA Signing Agent suggesting I sign up to receive premium listings. USA Signing Agent charges $49/year. Is this (or paid memberships to other platforms) ever worth it?
Thanks!

No most won’t help you get business.
Thanks Earl. That was my gut instinct, but I figured I’d ask.
I will give you some good signing services. Signature Closers, Simple Signings, Signature Xcel, Pac signing
I have worked with Simple Signings, and Signature Xcel and both seem to be good services. I have been approved with Signature Closers for almost 6 months and haven’t had an offer from them. How do their offers work? Do they send out as blast or do they send them to a notary directly?
Thank you Earl. I agree that my experiences with SignatureXcel have all been positive! I haven’t heard of Pac. Do you work with them directly or through a platform?
Stay away from USA Signing Agent, Hire Notary and any other so-called signing service that promises order assignments for a fee. When I started out five years ago, I was suckered out of my money by these evil entities. Never got an order, never got an acknowledgement, never even got a thank you card. NUTHIN!
Do the hard work yourself like I did and so many others that contribute to this forum. Search the web for legitimate signing services (you’ll get to know them) and sign up (for free) so that they can put you in their database and start sending you jobs. There are other sites like Signing Order and SnapDocs that are worthwhile and cost little or nothing and are proven providers.
Don’t get suckered with the come-on companies that solicit you like you were the new kid on the block. ![]()
They are a signing service good to work for I have done 7 signing for them don’t have to worry about pay. They will call but kind of hard to understand.
Signature wants the notary to have experience; did you take their test? Download the app signing catch. That’s how they make me aware of a signing I have done 38 signing for them refi. . signature just may not have business in your area although they are nationwide
Yes, I already get orders from SigningOrder, SnapDocs and Notary Dash. I also just got accepted by Signature. I just wasn’t sure if there were others I should be looking at (and if any of the paid ones were offering something I was overlooking).
I’ve worked for Signature before (through SigningOrder or SnapDocs—whichever they’re with). They just approved me to go directly. I just have to finish giving them some updated documents and I’m having a tough time figuring out how to update docs on my profile after attaching the initial round. It looks like I might have to go through email.
I don’t remember if I took a test for them or not. I received my approval and did download the app.
They require a person to take the test and pass.
I reached out to them and they said everything is up to date, so I guess they just don’t have much work in this area right now.
There not worth it. They are more of a grifting scheme.
I have only two paid listings, one on Notary Cafe and one on Signing Order. I love this forum but it doesn’t generate a lot of leads for me. I view the subscription as a membership. On Signing Order, the membership is not expensive and I have a fair amount of business from them. Notary Dash and Signature Closers and Snapdocs do not require a fee, neither do some of the other platforms I’m on. Interestingly enough, I have received a few job offers from Google Maps and Apple Maps? I’m not actively advertising on them so I’m not quite sure how the magic works. When things slow down in January, I’m planning to give my marketing an overhaul. One platform has listed my number of signings completed from 5 years ago!
Is there a reason you pay for Signing Order? I get a decent amount of orders from them and I don’t pay to be listed.
Signature closers isn’t on signing order of snapdocs
For the most part, Signature Closers sends out blasts. They’ll only call you on the phone if you’re specifically requested by a title company.
