Sometimes it looks to me like two different companies are offering the same contract via two different platforms. I’ll receive an offer for a time and location at one fee from say signingorder.com then I’ll get another offer for the same time and location at a different fee from snapdocs.
Does anyone ever notice that or is it just pure coincidence. “Seller docs, x pages” the same as well. Hmmmm.
Yep… happens all the time. There just can’t be 2 Sellers in a town with a population of 201 who are closing on an out-of-state property on the same date & time. I don’t much believe in coincidences. So many game-players out there. Adding… you’d think hiring parties would realize all platforms and most directories have pretty much the same notaries in their database.
Two different fees offered. I guess now we have to take tests.
Why shouldn’t they? They’re running a business, just like us. When we started, it was recommended to sign up with as many title companies and signing services as possible. One time another LSA arrived at the same location as I, we were hired by two different signing services. That was wild, but it does happen.
That sounds pretty wasteful to send two notaries who both printed files.
