Bankserv Interview Link not active- can't reach them, advice?

I am trying to get set up with Bankserv and I have everything in order and the only thing left is the video interview. When I click the link it says the link is not active. I called and all I could get to was a recorded message saying to email them at notarydepartment@bankserv.net. I emailed and it was bounced back to me saying it was blocked. Has anyone else had this issue? I’m looking for advice.

And, is it really worth jumping through all these hoops to work with them??? I’m frustrated.

Sorta sounds like “Probably not”. If they set up this interview and… this stuff happens… well…doesn’t seem like a good sign for a beginning.

Hope you did’t send your personal info to a fake company pretending to be Bancserv’s website. Yikes there are a lot of those fake ones phishing to steal info:(

I signed up with Bancserv years ago; at that time there was no video interview (not even a phone interview). I’ve found them to be a pretty good company to work with.

That was my typo with the Bancserv name. I am just going to try again when they open the enrollment again. Thanks everyone.

I received an email from FNF.com (Fidelity National Financial) regarding updates on my direct deposit account so I freaked out. I thought it was some sort of fraudulent attempt to steal info:(. So I called and found out that they are Bancserv! LOL :grin:. Oops…
