Beyond Bancserv’s main number (800-721-5558), does anyone have a phone number that doesn’t loop you in queue? I know, many are saying “send an email” but when you need to talk with someone immediately, an email isn’t always the answer. Just curious if any other Bancserv approved signing agents have a different phone number (with success). Thanks in advance for your response.
Look at your order. Under Order Confirmation #…small print on extreme right side provides the extension # & personal email of the person who scheduled with you. They’re pretty responsive when contacted directly.
Actually, I just got an answer from Bancserv. Someone was gracious enough to give me their “direct dial” information. Thanks!!
Hi “Arichter”!
That’s where I first looked. Unfortunately, it was a “blast” with only the main number and no extension (or any scheduler associated with the order). Of course, questions come up at the 11th hour. I’m good for now. Thanks!
Now I learned something. Never knew Bancserv blasted. I always get a call.
Help us all and add the ‘direct dial’ number that worked for you to this thread.
Ahhh, he will probably “block” me now! It’s the direct phone number for a specific scheduler at BancServ (Ryan @ (redacted) Just don’t tell him where it came from! (LOL)
Last 4 digits of phone # you provided is the extension # to use with generic # and you’ll get the same person. (Hope that made sense)
Yeah I get both from them. I have also started getting offers through the app where it gives me a running clock to accept, decline or counter before it goes to the next notary.
Seems everyone is trying to turn us into Pavlov’s dog.
Interesting about their app having a running clock. I work with Bancserv. I have their app and get their blast offers. Most of my orders from them come from them calling me directly. But, I digress.
I have not noticed a running clock on their blast offers. Where on the offers is that clock located? While trying to read offer quickly and responding, perhaps I missed it … ??
It is not a standard blast offer. It is sent through the app and it looks to be just to that notary. The clock is in the upper left corner of the screen. It gives you 3 minutes and at least one time to extend the clock. You can accept and the order is yours, or decline. You can also counter, but it goes through the normal counter process. If you decline or counter I am guessing it just goes to the next notary in line.
Curious about the running clock thing (kinda disgusted too). How much time are we dogs allowed to do the necessary detail checks required to determine whether to accept or counter? I am much offended by this new trend in conditioning us to ‘don’t think/act quick’. It is quite insulting.
Sorry, takeanotenotaryservices…I was typing my question while you were answering it.
Oh yeah! I’ve seen that. You just reminded me. Like you said, it’s not the regular standard blast. If memory serves (which is not a guarantee
), it’s usually for same day appointments.
I have had it for both I think.
The offer with clock replaces the direct call. There are a couple of lenders I get a lot of direct offers. But if folks are waiting to schedule same day - I get booked faster than that these days.
On any doc questions i called the loan title mgr
They were always happy to answer
