Strange, they have an domain based email , but the same domain named website does not exist? I am also wary of companies whose email signature lacks names or just plain simple without contact details.
They were the first company I worked with and I didn’t know what to expect. The loan package was about 130 pages. The meeting went without incident and they paid me quickly. I included an invoice with the return documents but in the next signing I forgot the invoice and they still paid me quickly. They are good with giving you what you ask for too.
I too have worked for them and been paid promptly.
I have done a few closings for them and never had a problem getting paid.

Professional company who gives it to you straight out of the gate. They don’t play games with you, communication is excellent, and they pay your fee in a timely manner.
I have received offers from them. However, the offers are low. They offer $70.00 for a Refi. I accepted once and the document size was over 175 pages. I counter now and sometimes I receive the increase. As for payment, they do pay on time.
