Lists of companies that you should be aware and not paying Notaries for completed work

Simple Signing
NAT USA
US signings
Notarize247
McMichael and Gray
Closeline Settlements
National Paralegal and Notary
First United Land Transfer
All of them did not pay from past 3 years to now. I have all my records on Snapdocs. When I saw their requests I just refused.

Not really my experience with BCHH, Simple Signing or Notarize247.

Just my perspective. Lists complied and posted here seem to always include companies I’ve never had trouble with, I am not sure why that is, but it is.

You are the lucky one. Did signing for BCHH since 10/19/2021, sent invoice, email until today no reply.
Notarize247 did two signings: 9/2/2022, 10/28/2022 no reply either. I do not like to criticize anyone, but I do not want anyone else to be taken advantage of. We are using time, gas, ink, paper and not getting paid it is not fair. As soon I saw them on Snapdocs with a request I just reject them.

Situations vary and it’s very possible that where @johnsonps306 had no problems with some of the companies, @wapijean did - maybe it’s a matter of did the loan fund. Many companies do not pay if the loan does not fund…a frequently overlooked fact and condition that should be addressed and clarified at time of confirmation and accepting assignment.
