Best scanner to purchase

Hello everyone,
I have browsed this topic but curious to know any good suggestions for a scanner..I see post from the year 2021 and 2022, but wondering if anyone has any suggestions with possible new models out there..I have a printer that scans but often times leave a streak and I am over it.. ( lol )
So I want to invest in a GOOD scanner..

I purchased a Canon ImageFormula R40 from Amazon. It small in size and can scan roughly 90 pages at a time, fast. Ive also taken it with me and scanned from my car just plugging it into an. AC/DC adapter and using my laptop. (I have a Samsung Galaxy Book 5 360 Pro). No issues and it scans the front and back of driver licenses.
