Beware! Notarize.com Platform for "OnDemand" services

I really would like to start off by saying I have had the worst ever experience with Notarize.com “on demand” platform. The websites states it takes up to 3 days to approve your Signing Agent account once you upload your documents. That was a lie! They take you through a series of 95 tests to see if you know the difference between a jurat and acknowledgment form. You must pay over $100 for Identrust which is the only digital certificate they use. The Customer success team is horrible. They take 5 days to respond to your email, will not call you and the same ppl email you are the same ppl from the online chats. The last notary skill assessment I passed because you only have 3 tries for that test. If you don’t pass then you cannot be an “on demand” client. This is literally part of the reason I wanted to become a signing agent. To work on the Notarize on demand platform. Because you receive clients all day in a que. I have screenshots of me passing every test but when I got to the last test it WOULD NOT submit my passing score but allowed me to take countless number of times in which I passed. I have videos and pics that I sent to the team and they still told me I couldn’t enter the portal because basically no one cares to look into the technical issue. I have complained on Linked in and tagged notarize and no one still has yet to assist me. I need legal advice on sueing Notarize.com.

From what I remember, when you take the test; it’s online with a representative; they actually tell you if you pass or not. What are you suing for? I would suggest being patient, it is their platform and they will eventually respond to you.

The information you’re replying about is actually all wrong.
