I have a Brother HL-L8360CDW Dual Printer.
Worked great for a while then had Adobe issue Would constantly jam up. Got that worked out. but now I cannot print dual.I send the job it strats warming up and stops. or Prints a few pages and jamsI
I can print all the legal or all the standard pages separately. But not dual Adobe says its the printer
Brother sent me a new printer same thing.
So it has to be the software.
I have updated all the Adobe Pro But still not working.
Anyone have another suggestions?

Have one of the same issues. My Brothers does not jam and is a dual tray. I have to go into the settings and tell it to turn off sizing on every print job so it will chose by PDF coding. If not it will print only letter or legal depending on what I have it set on. Check your printing options every print job.

Call Brother technical support. I used them and they’re very helpful.

I agree! Call their tech support. I have them on speed dial. They will patiently wak you through your issue.
Ugh. I just bought the same Brother HL-L8360cDW. Having trouble printing. Either prints in all legal or all letter. On now with a tech from somewhere else. Maybe I need to call Brother directly. Trying to print a sample loan doc out to make sure it prints in both sizes.
