Do not do loan applications for this company. They will not pay you if the loan does not close, even if you did the application with the signer with no errors . Stay far away from their appointments.

Which is why you have to make it clear with the company that the application signing and the final signing are two separate transactions, both payable at time of invoice. You should not have to eat the cost of doing the application for them. I would bill them and chase them for the fee.

I did try for weeks and these are their exact words
“We don’t have the funds to pay you”
I agree with you on it should be separate closing which is how it’s been since I started this business 7 years ago, it doesn’t make sense to hire someone and not have the money to pay them but I reported them to BBB and left a review about them so hopefully this helps others
”It doesn’t make sense to hire someone and not have the money to pay them.“
Seriously, that’s why there are stars next to their listings.
Having the word Close-line in the name should said it all. You know what a close-line is in Football, look it up. I love it, “We don’t have the money” never heard of that one.
Growing up poor in the south, football was my ticket to higher education. Unfortunately, you have to acknowledge that it’s quite a “catchy” name for a ponzi scheme.
