Does anyone on here have current (within the last 3-6 months) experience with CloseWise?
I’m seriously thinking about the platform, I’m not a fan of Snapdocs. I also don’t have a Website, which CloseWise offers to create/host etc. which is a fee in itself if I do it on my own.
I’m thinking about CloseWise as more of manage everything and market automation platform rather than simply lead generation. I’m trying to think more about efficiency and automation.
Unlimited Notary Ink has webinars where he discusses setting up and managing your own website without paying someone else. The owner hosts the webinar which is free.
No idea if that’s of interest but his webinar was about not paying other companies to manage what you can manage yourself. Which is solid advice and he’s very successful.
Unlimited ink is for new signing agents only, they charge 40 per month or more to access the training, and then they pay you a 3rd of the fees needed to be successful, and they DO NOT PAY FOR 60-90 DAYS!!! My advice is take the trainings but stay away from assignments.
Not just that, but they babysit you to death on assignments. Much unnecessary red tape and hand holding. It ends up making you spend more time than necessary on a job…for low pay. I like being treated as a professional, not as a child.
Haven’t ever paid Unlimited Ink a fee for their training. The last assignment I did for them was paid in 30 days. Maybe it’s a different company don’t know. But the Unlimited Ink I’m referring to has videos every Monday mostly to convince notaries to build their own websites.
I have over 30 deals closed with Unlimited recently, not one check before the 60 day mark, trainings are online you tube and to get those you have to pay 40 per month to access the over 150 hours of Loan signing training, which is valuable. They also Cleary say that if you have not taken the Notary stars video trainings or LSS trainings, they will not offer assignments…you need 100k E&O and mobile printer/Scanner…Then you have to work your way up, I am getting 10 offers a day, that I will NOT accept anymore due to delay in pay…
Maybe there is more than one Unlimited Ink. But as for having to take training and pay fees to get orders, I have found over the years it’s just not true. Carrying higher E & O I started this year carrying 100K but didn’t lose business the first 4 years without it. So I don’t really agree you have to pay monthly fees to get work. But that’s just my opinion. I stay pretty busy without paying for training courses and site access fees.
Unlimited Ink and Notary stars are one and the same, Its a good place to start as a new LSA who has no signing experience whatsoever, but don’t get excited as you will not be able to sustain your business with the trash fees that they offer…I cannot stress enough on how important it is to get paid quickly and fairly and until these companies stop getting these orders accepted by the flood of new LSAs trying to make a buck, we will keep running into this issue. Platforms Like Jot will be taking over these other SSs soon enough with next week paychecks. We all need to stop accepting these low ball offers and push back.
I have never taken any training from Unlimited Ink and yet I still get texted job offers from them. Based on past experience with them and their low fees, I rarely respond.
You dodge a bullet every time you pass, they almost put me out of business when I started accepting assignments from them, 60 days is a long time to recoup resources…Stay far away…
That’s not true. No one pays late thinking you’ll just blow off getting paid. At this point I’m not taking work from anyone who pays past 45 days. That’s the easiest solution.
I know…I was just being facetious. I don’t take any jobs from companies that I know won’t pay me within 30 days. Those are usually the low-paying companies, too. It’s just not worth the aggravation.
