I’ve been trying to get paid for orders from July & August 2025 but I’ve heard nothing. It’s frustrating and makes me double check any new company asking me to work for them. 
That is not true. When Mtg Con, and others, are overwhelmed with closings they do send out to other companies. I have 2 outstanding invoices with Cloud. I emailed Mortgage Connect today asking them to please research if these might be closings they sent to Cloud in 2025. I believe that if the answer is yes, the closings did original with Mtg Con, they will pay me promptly.
I just received this back today, in response to my follow up on an invoice , not yet paid, but was due to be paid by Jan 30, 2026
“Due to the loss of a significant customer and adverse economic conditions, Cloud Signings LLC has ceased operations. The company is in the process of an orderly wind down. The company does not anticipate that there will be funds available for distribution to creditors.”
