Hello, Anyone know how CxChoice calculated the average turn time? It says that its the average amount of time between when you accept an order and when you first make contact with the borrower. I make contact immediately, but my average fluctuates and either increases or decreases after each of my order closes. My rating is Excellent with zero errors.
