I have an Iphone and I can not link the link within a text notification from them, I have to have my PC handy at all times. In my area, they start maining at $62 with 28+ miles away, I am forever declining work, I am about 62-65 deep in rejecting since January 2022. Our traffic is horrible here and a 28 mile track is a 50-1 1/2 hour trip one way. I do like their platform, and APP, but alot of tech work needs to be done, in my opinion.

Agreed. I decline most offers as well because its just not feasible at those rates esp. With gas skyrocketing I’d be losing money if I accepted. Trying to bid on them is pointless as well because the offers will always get picked up by desperate notaries that will take them for $62. Its ridiculous. Here in WA we can charge $10 per notarization and most packages have at least 7-9 so that doesnt even cover the number of notarizations let alone travel and printing costs.

I am also trying to get some information on RON. I live chatted with CxChoice this morning to try to get some information and was told that they are not currently adding any RON notaries due to the low volume of RON signings they have. Nevertheless, I am interested in having the credentials and in the state of Oregon when you apply for it you need to list the vendor you are signed up with. I did a training so I understand the basics of it but have no idea which way to go from here and really would like to find some information! Have you been able to find anything? I would be happy to share information with you as I find it!

Share their knowledge? yeah right! most of the postings are about WARNINGS, from notaries crying about signings not paid on time or meaningless situations that do not benefit us as LSA’s , NSA’s, my job as a Notary Public is a different matter, oh, I do not consider myself a “NOTE”…
I had a check expire and requested a new check. CX Choice charges a flat $25 reissue on a $50 check. This practice, their penny pinching on bealf of the notary and their low ball fees are red flags I ignored. Do not waste your time with this company, they will take your time and money.
