Seems too dangerous to me. In the world we live in today, who knows what will happen when you arrive at the designated location. The photographer doesn’t really know what the photos they take will be used for. An angry property owner (not just real estate but vehicles, equipment, etc.) might take out their upset on the photographer. Then what? Is there insurance? Are property rights affected? Who stands behind the photographer if there’s trouble or a lawsuit or some other adverse action? What if the photographer is injured on or near the property, then what? Why would a notary want to take on this kind of risk? E&O won’t provide any protection.
Google says they loan money to people with poor credit to buy trucks…and installing a GPS on one for the lender tends to sound like they want to repossess it. Agree with Bobby.
