Today, I received my first lead that was generated by Notary Cafe. Being a paid subscribing member for years, I questioned if this membership was of value. This was the first time an individual called me, stating that she got my information from this site. Although, I didn’t get the business to perform a property inspection. I am not upset with the outcome, due to the fact of distance, it was a 30 to 45 minute drive. Most inspections requesting photos, doesn’t pay much. In the past, the paid was between $20 up to $50.for 4 to 8 photos. Property inspections that are requesting photos can be very easy work, unless the hiring company requires reports and interviews of the owners. I haven’t had an opportunity to perform commercial/home inspections that can be very lucrative. Those types of inspections require knowledge of structures, materials, and other details. I got to finish my property inspection course, so I can perform more rewarding work. But then again, I do not like climbing on to rooftops…
I have always wondered about the signings that just require photos of the inside and outside of properties. Do you mind elaborating on what exactly you need to do? Can I take the photos with my phone, etc….any documents to print? And do they provide a code for a lockbox? Thank you in advance for sharing details of this type of offer😊
Hello jamieannpacione, property inspections are not loan signings, there’s not documents to print. Most companies will allow you to use your smartphone. Companies that use notary publics will most of the times provide some level of training, such as watching videos or powerpoint presentations. I hope that helped.
Thank you for the response! Yes, this is helpful….maybe I will give it a try next time an offer comes my way. Thanks again
jamieannpacione,You are definitely welcome.
