Disappearing Appointments - NotaryGO?!

Hi Everyone,

If you are an expert with NotaryGo.com, I need your help.

I’ve done a total of three signings with NotaryGo now and below where it shows me my scheduled appointments- it only shows the second one I did–so 1/3. For my first signing, I forgot to check in, however I did, but after my appointment was already complete. I faxed and emailed the documents that same night, and shipped the next day. When I tried to provide the tracking number the appointment disappeared from my scheduled appointments. My second signing managed to stay and my third one (from yesterday) disappeared. I did everything right with checking in, meeting the requirements, and inserting the tracking number alongside dropping the documents the same day therefore, I do not know why the appointments are disappearing.

I have been trying to contact them about this because I want to make sure I get paid for the work that I did, but nobody is getting back to me which is very upsetting. I filed two “disputes” on the Contact Us section, but still no word. I also called the number it says to call if we have issues after/during our signings and a different company picked up. Can someone direct me in the correct direction? What should I do? Advice?

Just stay on it. They’ve been having platform issues lately. OR–Why i so dislike platforms.

Try this number, 855-204-0282. I’ve done a lot of work for them and I’ve never had a problem with pay nor have I had a problem getting in touch with them. They always honor my counter offer when I think the pay is too low. Don’t get too upset they will handle the situation.

My first signing was with NotaryGo almost 2 years ago and boy did I mess it up BAD LOL. They were very understanding and even helped me get the docs corrected and explained what I needed to do. They still offer me signings to this day. Hang in there

Thank you for providing me with an alternative number. I will give them a call tomorrow. I guess it is more so confusion as to why the scheduled appointments are disappearing when in fact the signing was complete and marked complete. And, it could be the issues the platform is having as mentioned by Arichter. Anyway, thank you much for the input. That makes me feel better :slight_smile:

Honestly, I don’t think they keep track of past appointments. Once it’s complete, I think it’s taken off the platform. I could be wrong.

Just as a follow up, that number did indeed work and the appointments do disappear after they are completed. Apparently, they are changing servers and everything is being funky on their end. Thank you much again for providing me with a working number :slight_smile:

Thanks for the update I have the same issue with one of my completed signings that just disappeared.

Of course. The lady I spoke with informed me that the signings do disappear once they are completed. If it disappears before you can upload the documents (when the system allows), you have to email the documents to the email they provide you with.

Do you happen to have any other number?? I just saw your message and tried that but her voice mail is full and doesn’t accept messages. Just trying to find out why my account suddenly got deactivated. No one there will help me.

You won’t see your appointment again until they generate a invoice for you to approve. You will have to communicate from the email trail you have.
