Was just wondering if any of you use the "Sign Here, “Notarize Here” stickers offered by the NNA. I usually don’t have time for all that, but if the lender is new to me, or there is something special in the package that usually is not there, I will just put a Post It where needed. Now that I’ve decided to go back into this part of the business, I was just thinking about it.

I use them but since scan backs are such a thing , they come off as a signer signs. I use them to help me not miss something but more to expeditiously guide the signers where and what to do. for those that don’t want t read a thing it saves so much time while they sign one you are pre pulling the next few signature pages to the front . but yes love them, doesn’t mean we don’t know where but the signer doesn’t

I used arrow stickers the first year, I don’t anymore.
