I am now using an Epson ES 300. It holds about 60 pages; once the first 60 are done load another 60 and continue.
I’ve got the Epson ES500W. It’s one speedy scanner that has significantly reduced my processing time.
Please please SAY This LOUDER so everyone in the back can hear.
Hi! I just bought the Canon model. Thanks for your info. It made me go researching and I decided to jump in. Just got it up and running this morning and its super easy with great quality on the receiving end. Thanks again!
How long does it take to scan 150 pages or more?
It depends on the speed of your scanner. For me it would be 3-5 minutes.
That’s great for a mobile scanner. I stay within 10-12 miles of my home. So, its usually not a big deal to come back. Fedex and Ups are 5 mins away from me.
If/When interest rate come down enough. I may consider investing in one. Thanks!![]()
Less than 5 minutes. The only problem I’m having is the feeder after the scan. I have to watch it closely or the pages will get out of order. Quality is great. Very easy to operate.
We are very rural! The UPS drop box is 15 minutes away and we do not ever have issue with it. The FedEx drop is 30 minutes away…again no issue. The only issue with either is there is no receipt for dropping so you must be comfortable with their performance. I envy you having the drops so close.
My Canon will continue the scan the 2nd feed into the first. I’m not having to send multiple groups ow. (I always named mine 1of2, 2of2 etc. when I didn’t have the internet capabilities to send the entire package.) I resolved that issue with Starlink. Even my main scanner which holds about 125 pages, scans and sends the entire package at one time.
Yes, so does my Epson.
It’d be great if it were that simple! its difficult to compete with our peers who are doing it all for a $40 fee
