Many signing services pay very slowly and some, not at all. Pick a forum topic and you’ll see what I mean. Everyone has a story about not being paid. The worst seems to be “P” (y’all can guess who I mean) and they owed me $100 from 10 months ago. I dogged 'em and kept it up for 10 months and lo and behold, today I got paid!!! Yep a nice hundy in my account thru ACH so no chance of a bouncer. Why am I telling y’all about my good fortune? Simply to say NEVER GIVE UP. Use all the methods catalogued by cNsa5 in her marvelous “gold mine” on how to collect bad debts. Instead of sobbing on this forum, get after it and get what’s due you. Think differently. Read the forum notes and anything else you can get your hands on to help you collect. I’ve written a nice treatise on the subject that you should look up on this site. If I can do it, so can you. Go get your $$$. You earned it. Good luck.

I had that happen to me. Here are the steps I was told to take and it worked. You need to contact the title company who used the signing service that contracted with you. If they refuse to help, let them know you holding them responsible.
