First signing with 2 signers

Do I need both signatures on all docs? Also how do you do scanbacks if I don’t have a laser printer and docs are legal size?

You need signature on every line that indicate a signer’s name or has name preprinted.

Where there is only ONE name preprinted, it will most likely be the only signature needed for that particular document. BUT You should find another copy, of that same document with the other signer’s name preprinted on it for their signature.

If name is not preprinted at signature lines, then the borrower or signer names will be pre-printed at the top of the page somewhere, allowing you to identify who the signer is that way.

Thank you so much for that info

laser printer or non laser, can scan documents into pc.

I’m confused - you don’t have a laser printer? How are you printing docs - or are you picking them up.

As for scanning back - you need a scanner and scan to your PC then email to wherever you’re told to send to

As Mellissa said - the signer’s name should be printed under the line where they sign. If in doubt about particular documents I’d suggest contacting hiring party for instruction as there could be odd circumstances (1003 does not have names printed but both may sign, security instrument may or may not need both, a non-borrowing spouse may or may not sign security instrument and title docs, etc etc).
