Can’t help help it. General notary work can pay well, not good.
Not only that but payment for GNW is usually immediate. There is no waiting for payment as it is with most loan signings.
I mentor notaries (for Free) and I find it interesting how notaries want to get the loan signings because of the youtube videos (advertising 10k/month or $260k a year ) but can’t identify simple discrepancies with documents etc…if the 10k a month was real for over 50% of notaries; this topic wouldn’t exist… I would have titled the article: LSA work can pay well…
less not to mention how some LSA seems to forget to pay …smh
One YouTuber said it best and it help me succeed in this: “stop treating notary work like you’re an employee and doors will open for you”…!!
We’ve been preaching that for a long time - when you start out you have to lose the “employee” mindset. But along with losing that mindset is realising the fact that you, the independent contractor, are responsible for your own destiny and success. Set up your business plan and stick to it
I love GNW! I love LSA too but for the daily…i love it!
Keep in mind what works in your are, doesn’t work in others. This is a highly location and commodity dependent business.
