Hey Notes: I just got my reminder for my doctors appointment on Monday. I wanted to remind you all to make sure you are taking care of yourselves! This is a high demand and high stress industry. Make sure you are being monitored by your doctors and at least trying to eat healthy, workout etc…

I tried to eat healthy but after my 3rd assignment yesterday on my way to my 4th KFC was calling and I had to answer I was starving :joy::rofl::joy:

I’ve heard good things about intermittent fasting.

When I used to do it consistently before Covid it helped me loose weight and keep it off. I’m about to get back into again consistently . My husband does it regularly

I think I will look into a little more myself.
