I’ve requested they remove me from their database. Small job (I’m ashamed to say), discounted. Client was partially blind and I needed to review the documents entirely (small package). After the review client refused to sign. Now Go Green refuses to pay the fee and is reducing it to $30 even though it is no fault of my own that the client didn’t sign. Contract had changes in it she did not approve. Beware!

I am sorry you have to deal with this. I wouldn’t wait to escalate the issue to the attorney general for theft of services.

I refused a job because I had my granddaughter’s volleyball that night. They sent it to me anyway. I had to re-inform them and it was only two hours until the signing. I’ve been worried they would give me a bad review.
It’s only theft of services if they have something in their agreement that says they pay for a no sign. Because sometimes agreements specifically say they won’t pay for a no sign. I would be careful of a theft of service action. That’s just me.
