To be fair, I did my search on the company here and other forums. A few notaries wrote, to stay away from them for not paying. I ignored the warning and accepted signing from Celtic Signing. Dennis McGrath (owner) sounded like a nice guy and probably he is a nice guy. But It took him 4 months, multiple phone calls, and sending invoice emails to get his attention to pay. As notaries, we don’t have time to chase SS for our overdue invoices. Finally, after threatening to file with BBB I got paid. So here is my advice, warning, and suggestion. Do your homework, and listen to those who have been in the business. We as SA have the power to say no to SS companies that do not respect our time. We can negotiate the terms of payment and don’t sell ourselves short. ( I have asked not to be contacted by Celtic from a few signing platforms). We can ask /use Notary Cafe to create a list and rate SS. What do you think? Let me know.
You’re absolutely right, there’s been warnings in many forums where this SS name comes afloat… NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH CELTIC SIGNING… it’s a shame that you have to go after him, and took 4 months later in order to get paid.
This SS, CELTIC SIGNING, should be out of business for non paying notarial services, and being so abusive and stressful to notaries.
I’m going through it too with them. I did not see the warnings until after. Wish I would have done my homework. I have been reading posts after posts. Anyone have good contact info or methods of how they’ve collected payment? It has only been 3 months for me but geez I have never had to chase someone down for more than a few weeks

It appears he has a NotaryCafe profile and a SigningAgent .com profile, and he is on LinkedIn, so you should be able to contact him. Getting a reply seems to be the challenge or so I have read. Good luck!
