I have been Certified Signing Agent for almost 20 years and have worked with Cynthia directly for almost as long.
Cynthia is absolutely wonderful to work with, always has the backs of her Notaries, and always pays on time. I know that I can count on her, if a problem comes up with a closing… and I have never had to chase down any payments.
I will always make time for or try to accommodate any signing request from Cynthia. She personifies everything we stand for … integrity & professionalism.
Again, I am happy that you have had such wonderful experiences. I have never posted on Notary Cafe before regarding any signing companies or title companies. I probably won’t ever again. This forum is like Facebook for notaries! There are good and bad experiences with each and every one of them. I just do the job at hand and move onto the next one. I don’t need to be beat into submission by you or anyone else. Please don’t waste my time with further posts on this subject. Good luck in your future endeavors.

I just had an experience today with someone, who in my opinion, is a neurotic micro manager who you have a different opinion of apparently.
A nagging voice, an impatient voice, an incorrect answer to my question about print settings for the documents that caused me to have to go back home and print out two pages pages on “fit”, (not actual setting). Complained scans weren’t back yet provided no time deadline. Intense and a nag treating me like it was my first signing. 1,000+
A drama queen micro manager I couldn’t work with with peace of mind. I told her not to contact me again. Her voice was unlistenable.
