They’re charging $41.50 to check your background and E & O info, etc. They’re supposed to put you directly in contact with title companies. Sounds like a scam to me. Anybody had any experience with this?
Doubt you’ll find any company that will accept any other BGC than NNA…a very few will accept Sterling. Nothing else seems to count. Scam? You’re probably getting what you paid for and they said they’d provide. And maybe they’ll even put you in touch with a Podunk Junction TC who has no business in your area.
